Hi, I'm Simon Quintero — the chef, the dreamer, and the tequeño enthusiast behind Tequeñovations. Growing up in Venezuela, tequeños and pastelitos weren't just snacks — they were the heart of every celebration, every family gathering, every moment worth savoring. When I moved to Clearfield, Utah, I brought those flavors with me, and I couldn't keep them to myself.

Creciendo en Venezuela, los tequeños y pastelitos no eran solo un snack — eran el corazón de cada celebración, cada reunión familiar, cada momento especial. Cuando me mudé a Clearfield, Utah, traje esos sabores conmigo, y no pude guardarlos para mí solo.
